Mystery vs. Horror In Mrs.G's class they were doing a blog about what they think about when they think of mysteries and horror book. For me, they are similar because in both genres, there is defiantly a lot of suspense. What's a good horror story without a little suspense? They are different because not all mysteries have to be bloody or scary. I would defiantly prefer to read a horror but I have no idea why because by the time I finish reading it I will have scared myself to death. I guess it is the suspense that intrigues me.
