How To Plant A Flower Planting a flower is fun and easy. It's also exciting. All you need is a seed, soil, water, sun, a shove, and a pot, or a yard.

First, you need to get the supplies. You can get supplies from a garden store such as Home Depot. If you have the supplies at your house you don't need to go to the store. If the store you go to doesn't have the supplies you try a different store.

Next, you make the hole in the soil. You use the shovel. Make it a little deep but not too deep. Make the hole big enough that the seed can fit in the hole. Make the hole in your yard or in a pot.

Then, you pick the seed you want to plant. After you pick your seed put it in the hole. Then cover the hole with soil. Make sure you cover it good. After that smooth the top of the soil with the shovel.

Finally, you water your plant. Make sure you give your plant the right amount of water. Find out the amount of water you should give your plant, so you don't give it too much or too little. You can find how much water to give it on the package. Also make sure your plant gets the right amount of sun, too.

I like to plant flowers. They look very pretty when they bloom. Have fun planting your flower!
