Thank you

For all my hands can hold-

Sweet, sweet corn so juicy

And gold,

Mashed potato so snowy and white

 

Thank you

For all my eyes can see-

Sunlight as far as the eye can see

The faces of my family

 

Thank you

For all my ears can hear-

My dog going clickity-clack on the hard wood floor

My mom saying wake up  its thanksgiving

Nice work, GD! Your poem is awesome. I love how you made it rhyme. I remember when I did the Thanksgiving poem. Oh, tomarrow's Thanksgiving! Happy Thanksgiving!
