I believe that Jim is the bad one because he is imature. He also tends to do dangerous and bad things. One example of his immaturity is when he went to the theatre and sat there staring at the naked people inside. Meanwhile Will was running away down the road.

First Jim was born on Halloween, second when they were at the theater Jim was the one who didnt want to stop watching, "But Jim did Not hear. Jim". Saying Will was telling Jim to get down but Jim sat there. its not that Jim is bad hes just into the creepy and messed up People :).
