I noticed very early on that we were going to alot of discussion and i think its awesome! but iam not really a shy person so that works for me. I think it is important to have group discussions because it uses almost every skill we are taught. It teaches us to commucate with our peers and gives us a outlet to focus conversation.  i think it is very relevant  it is one of the biggest life skills , commucating and holding meaniful conversation. i use and learnt the skills vocally i have learnt everyday in my job to relate and commucate  to my co-workers. is it a key role to take another persons view and see it from there eyes to really address the issues differently. it is very interesting to see that view and go woah! i didnt think of it like that or i didnt see this issue like that.

I agree with you Mike, comunication is one of the biggest life skills. Like you said. a lot of times we have to see things in other peoples sight, so we understand them. Specially at work. We get different opinions from other people, you're right.
