One of the best mysteries I've evr read is Flush. What makes it a good mystery is that it's about some ordinary kids solving the mystery and sneaking out in the middle of the night to do it and save their near by lake. The author of this story just made a fun and interesting story for kids and adults to read.

It was a dark mysterious night in the allys of Remmington Blvd. There were no lights on in any of the cracked, undated windows, there was not a single car driving down the roads, and no sounds, not even the giant clock ticking as every second passes. When the giant clock struck midnight, a dreadful scream echoed the allies of Remminton.
