When I Went to Paris

                It was a freezing cold day in Paris. I had to wear a sweater! We were going to the Eiffel Tower and I was very excited! It smelled like it was going to rain. The Eiffel Tower was so big! I knew that I was going to have a good afternoon. I did! There were a lot of people. I saw sweating joggers, and enthusiastic children. Then, I went on a carousel. It was so fast that it almost blew me off! After that, my mom took a picture. I had a fantastic day!

                Then I felt little drops of rain on my skin and it started to rain! I told my mom, “It’s raining!” She told my dad, “It’s raining!” then my dad told my brother, “It’s raining!” We tried to get a taxi, but everyone else was too! Finally, we got a taxi. It was a black one. My brother took pictures when we were riding to the hotel. Then I took the camera from him and saw them. They were beautiful! Since it was night and raining the colors blended! Then we finally got to the hotel and showered and slept.

As I was laying in my bed, I thought about my wonderful day that I had. Then my mom came and said, “Time to go to sleep!” A few minutes later she came closer and gave me a hug. Then she turned off the lights. I thought more about my day. After that I started to dream. Suddenly, it was daylight in the room. I knew it was a new day!
