First Quarter has been very busy. I have enjoyed it but I wish we didn't do so much reading of stories and then answering questions about them or filling in the diagram. I have had a hard time remembering to write in my blog by Friday, so it usually ends up being Saturday morning when I remember. I wish we could work more on grammar or writing our own short fiction stories of our choice. I feel like every time I walk into the classroom I know we are going to do vocabulary and reading a story or watching a movie and answering questions about it. It would be much more fun to play games that involve the same concepts or making our own games and sharing them with the class one day and playing them. I feel when we do stuff like that it sticks to more people rather than reading the actual text and doing all the questions. I think it is okay to write as blogs because it is much faster and takes less class time in which we can be doing other things that are fun so your school day doesn't feel so boring. One of the things we could write about is our dream family or house. We could also write about what we want to so in college. I am excited for this next quarter and hope it will be exciting!
