This is a mayfly larva,Mayflies are very intolerant.It has two tails,two intenae,and six legs.

omg that bugs looks like it has its hands on its head....okay there might be two reasons for that....1.it was dancing and it passed out and never woke up....2.it was being arrested and it was so scared that it died...

HELLO! I disagree because we had one of those in our jar and it was a stonefly. Anyway i love the picture.
