I think it is town square because all squares are rectangle but not ALL rectangles are squares. Then the word is town so town square.

I think the word puzzle is town square or town hall. I think this because the word town is in a square. Actually, it's a reactangle, but there's no such thing as a town rectangle. I also think it could be town hall (even though I think it is much more likely that is town square) because halls are usually rectangles, and because I wasn't sure about the first one.
