Turtle Bay I think the author made Taro real.I think this because Taro was in a rush to see his ocean friends.For example Jiro-san and Taro saw a gigantic whale flap tale.Plus he cleaned the beach for the turtl0es to lay there eggs.In addition he saw a momma turtle lay her eggs.This is why i think Taro is a real.
