 Lions, and Tigers, and Bears, Oh My! http://old.news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20111021/ap_on_re_us/us_exotic_animals_loose Terry Thompson was caring for exotic animals such as lions, tigers, and bears (oh my!). He suddenly let all of the animals loose and committed suicide this week. Hmm... I'm not really sure what to think about this. It's very sad, not just for him, but the animals, too. The police department was given orders to hunt down and kill them (some were taken to the zoo, though). This also makes me somewhat mad. He was once charged for animal abuse in the past, and the animals he owned did not have large enough enclosures. A monkey could not stand up in its enclosure, and a wolf was kept in an old broken down car. So... I'm not really sure what to think. It's very interesting.
