The water cycle!!!! First in the water cycle it goes from evaporation to water vapor to some form of precipitation to transpiration to groundwater. Evaporation is warmth From the sun and causes water from lakes, and streams and soils to turn into water vapor in the air. Water vapor is water in a gas form that is held in the air until it changes back to water. Precipitation is made up of any type of water that falls to the earth like snow, hail, mist or rain. Transpiration happens when plants give off water vapor. Condensation is the opposite of evaporation. It takes place when water vapor in the air condenses from a gas. Energy,rain-when temperature is warm, like during the spring or summer, clouds get so full of water that rain starts to fall. Groundwater is simply water under the ground where the soil is completely filled or saturated with water! One fact about the water cycle is: water is the only thing that can be a gas, liquid, and a solid. Also rain doesn't just occur in the spring and the summer it can occur really anytime. Evaporation I think can happen when it's warm or cold even. That is what I have about the water cycle.
