my report on George Washington My report is on George Washington, to get started, lets begin with the fact that George was the 1st president of the US. He was born on Feb. 22, 1732 in the state of Virgina. George served as a president from April 30,1789 until March 4,1797. (two terms) Being the 1st president was a big challenge because,he had to leave his family. He had to act carefully and deliberately so he could survive at many times. when he retired, he was happy to spend his retirement at Mount. Vernon and spend time with his family again. after George retired, John Adams became the 2nd president which he was George's vice president (did you know that I am related to John Adams and John Quincy Adams?) Well, thats my report on George Washington!
