 Basketball Star Chapter 1 There was a basketball player who was the best in the NBA. His name was Jake Bryant. He came from a poor family. In his childhood he never thought he would ever get out of that New York slum. Every night from the time that he was 8 years old he would go down to the downtown court. In the lights of that court he would get beat up by the 20 year old's that he was trying to face. They would block him and steal the ball from him. Everything bad that can happen in a basketball game. How was this going to make him a better basketball player? But maybe you could not tell them he went to the NBA maybe you could start from his childhood and tell how he worked his way up to the NBA. Wish you the best of luck in your coming chapters!
