A theme for
A theme that teaches a lesson in the novel "The Djinn Who Lives Between Night and Day" by Bruce Holland Rogers is to be honest, but not being honest for a good thing doesn't make you a bad person.
My theme applies to the novel because Tayab lies all the time and its for cruel things like tricking the wife to go all the way to the ocean and she will get her kids back so she walked to the ocean. Al-faq lied to the husband by telling him that his wife is alive and he will bring back his kids if he went to the ocean so that made the husband a happier man.
My theme applies to life because if you lie for something that was bad you will get punished but if you lie for something good atleast once you wont get punished as hard, but its not always good to lie.
