about me
Hello, my name is Harriet Tubman. I'm going to tell you a little bit about myself.

I was born near Buck town in Maryland born in the year 1820.Since I was a slave, no one knows the day I was born.

I was known for freeing slaves and so everyone called me "Moses of her people" Later I became part of the abolitionist movement.

The happiest moment of my life was when I set my self free. I loved that very moment because I was no longer a slave, I was then free to live my life.

If I had never lived the world would not be a better place because there would still be slaves.
