We have three 6th grade Science classes and two 8th grade Science classes blogging here from the Pacific Northwest in Chimacum, WA! Sixth graders are learning a bit about Mt Saint Helens, environmental science through fresh water ecology, and physical science this year. Eighth graders are learning about life science this year. Mt.St.Helens

 I think it will rebild itself eventally because Mt.St.Helens grows 1 inch every year. Thats 30 ft every hour and 300 ft every 10 years.

Yeah, I can't wait until we have a real disaster to worry about. (No, not really.)
But apparently, before 1980, Mt. St. Helens was really beautiful.
