Math? Awesome! I don't agree that 28/7=13 because I understand the guy's logic, but he is wrong. It's just like 25/5=14. I figured that 25/5=14 because a saw a You Tube video like this one a couple months ago. 15/3=14 works, too, because I found the pattern on how to find equations like these.
