Conditions of Use
Eating healthy is important so your body will get all the energy you need to run and walk. If you just eat sugar your body will not operate like it should. Junk food is not good for your
body .If you just drink soda your teeth will rot. You should not eat junk food all the time but ones in a while is okay. Eat fruit instead of candy! If you exercise a lot your body will get stronger and stronger. If you run 4 or 5 times a week that should be lots. Water and milk will make your bones stronger. Not all the milks are good plain milk is better than chocolate milk because chocolate has sugar. Water is better to drink than pop, milk and
chocolate milk. If you just eat junk food you will get really fat. You should not eat fast food all all the time. Eating healthy is important.
