The Best Thing About 6th Grade
The best thing about 6th grade is that we get a lot more freedom. We are not directed to our next class but we are trusted to go where we are supposed to go. In Elementary we usually had to walk in a line to our next class but now we have to remember where we are supposed to go and when we need to be there. Another good thing is that after school we figure out where we are going to meet our parents or decide where we want to go or where we need to go. In Elementary we always had a teacher leading us to where we needed to go, but in Junior High it is totally different. We also get to choose some of our electives. I chose Orchestra and that is my favorite subject in school right now. So I guess the best thing about 6TH grade is Orchestra for me. I also think it is cool that we have seven different classes. I also like how each and every one of us has our own personalized schedule and most of them are not alike. So, you get to have a lot of different classes with a whole lot of different people. So far I have made a lot of new friends. I have made friends with people I didn’t really know last year and I have made friends some new kids. I think it is cool how many new friends I made this year. Another good thing about six grade is that when we do the magazine sale and if we meet our goal before it starts we get to where any decent kind of clothing like jeans and a T-Shirt (flip-flops too!!!) I cannot wait for the magazine sale to begin this year. I hope I do really well. I also like that I have actually managed to open my locker. It is a whole lot easier now. Those our the best thing about 6th grade.

Everyone is saying we have so much freedom! (Which is so true!) I bet everyone loves freedom! I know I do!

I agree with almost all of the things you said in this post. I love having different classes with different people, no lines, and locker too! Something I didn't like about yours it that sometimes seven classes is fun, but it gets pretty overwhelming that I might have homework for seven different class.
