 All About Mrs Cassidy  My students and I know each other pretty well. This week, in my ongoing pursuit of getting them to write more ideas about a topic, I asked them to write about me. I gave them several ideas for ways to start a sentence and then they were off and writing. This is was a bit scary, as children are brutally honest, but their articles and illustrations gave me some great insight into their perceptions of me. Apparently I do not enjoy kids using swear words, kids not listening or kids who scream. You can read more perceptive comments on each student's blog. The sub will assign a "Where is Mrs. H?" topic. The kids get creative for sure!
