We have three 6th grade Science classes and two 8th grade Science classes blogging here from the Pacific Northwest in Chimacum, WA! Sixth graders are learning a bit about Mt Saint Helens, environmental science through fresh water ecology, and physical science this year. Eighth graders are learning about life science this year. The way that you can help the creek

To keep the nitrates out of the water so fish don't die early farmers can try to keep the nitrates from getting in the water or they don't buy fertilizer. another thing is that if we don't cut down the plants around the creek then the fish can have places to hide.
