March 17, 1972 the best female soccer player was born, Mia Hamm. She is legendary in soccer history. Mia's position was forward and she played for North Carolina Tar Heels. Mia Hamm was the youngest person to play for U.S. National Soccer team. She was 15 when she joined the team. She has twin girls and is married to an announcer from ESPN.
