My house should be rebuilt soon. Yes it was supposed to be done last June or July, but my family got ripped off by our contractor.

The money we gave him to work on our new home, he payed his bills with and went on a few vacations. He payed an inspector to pass inspections that were really incomplete. The house was floating on a one hundred some year old foundation, if you were standing in my basement, you could see outside. The water pipes were done wrong, he used the wrong electrical socets. There were holes in the walls with wires sticking out of them.

When my dad said something to him about the wires he said he would fix it, he fixed the holes by shoving the wires inside the holes and patching up the wall. He didn't use half of the things my parents had picked out, he picked out the cheapest things he could find. Which means they would eventually fall apart.

He said he was a contractor, when really all he is, is a handy man. My parents are going to court with him soon. He has no chance.
