I lived in Singapore before immigrating to Canada. So I'll tell you some things about the tropical country.

Usually, in markets, youcan almost expect smelly durians (they look like green spiky balls) to be present. I also realized a long time ago that malls=non-angry mobs of shoppers. I used to study at Saint Joseph's Instituition Junior. I had to wake up at 5:30 in the morning  to catch the scool bus, which came at 6:30. Yes.

In Singapore, there are only 2 seasons. Hot and hotter.Which meant air conditioning a wonderful cure.
