Sunday began the first week of advent.  This week is the week of hope.  To start off the week we made our own advent wreaths so we could keep them "lit" all the time.  We also started learning about the real meaning of Christmas.  

In addition to our advent and preparation for Christmas activities we have been talking about keeping our bodies healthy.  Right now we are looking at healthy foods.  We are talking about the four food groups and what each one does for us.
