The Beach The beach. Calming, when you hear the sound of the waves against the sand. The silent riptides waiting to sweep an unfortunate swimmer to their death. Seagulls squawk at each other, fighting over food while the little sandpipers run along the edge of the water, not getting more than their feet wet. Calming, dangerous, natural. The beach.
