I am reading "Deep and Dark and Dangerous" right now and it is getting exciting=http://!  Here are some stop and jots:

W- Will Ali's mom see Teresa again?(Ali and Emma call Teresa SIssy)

V- I can see Ali and Emma giving the bird a funeral 

W- Why does everyone think that Aunt Dulcie pushed Teresa off the canoe and into the lake?
