Other Worlds
Mr. Gianforte taught me a few things when he came to talk to us about the possibility of other worlds. I liked how he taught us about the different astronomical techniques to discover things like the velocity of a planet. It was very interesting when Mr. Gianforte explained the possibilities of other planets that might be able to support life, even if they are many A.U.s away. It was very cool when he taught us about the different ways planets covered up the light of the star they are orbiting and how you can tell the speed the planet is orbiting just by that. All in all, it was a very educational visit!
