 Summarizing The main problem in this book is that Pings seed did not grow. The first main event in this book is that the emperor is getting old so he is going to pick a new emperor. The second main event in this book is that Ping gets his seed from the emperor he waters it every day and night but it just wont grow. The third main event in this book is his seed did not grow he brought the Empty Pot to the emperor and all the other kids had blooming flowers But ping was the honest one out of all the kids because the emperor boiled all the seeds so it was impossible for them to grow so for the kids that brought there blooming flowers translated them with seeds that were not cooked they weren't honest but Ping was he was the named emperor for his honesty.
