Makes No Sense, Huh? (: The moth lands on the moon
Sending nightfall into slumber
The last thing I need is to wake up
Nightmares or Dayscares
All are real
When will the daylight flicker away?
My candle is burning blue
How much time do I have left?
It's too soon to tell why
The light is dimming
The fire being smothered
By lies and ignorance.
Definitions become unclear
Tomorrow's hope can't be afforded
Yesterday breaks my heart
Dreams are bliss
Because they're not true
At least in my sleep,
The nightmares aren't true.
