Through the darkness, I cry  

"Can you hear me?"

But my voice only echoes into the night.

Through the despair I ask

"Can you hear me?"

But no one will answer, no one will understand.

I'm alone in this place,

I cannot escape.

I need a savior, some one who knows.

But that person is too far away.

They can't hear my cry's of despair

They can't see my tears

Can't hear my sobs.

So I have to wait,

Wait for that person to show me the light.
