ROCKIN SOCKIN BATTERYS How energy in a battery transfers from one form to another you are asking? Here's your answer to that question. The energy changes while charging a battery by having the electrical energy from the circuit in your classroom or house flowing into the battery which is in the battery charger. It then changes into stored chemical energy inside of the battery. Which then when the battery is connected to a light bulb it turns into light/heat energy. Or a motor turns it into mechanical energy. So it flows out the negative side (Flat) and into the variable you are using the battery for. And sometimes it can flow back into the battery if you use a wire to connect it. Which then turns into a cycle.
