Owl pellets My favorite science project was owl pellets.We took them apart to find mouse bones.Owls cough six or seven up a day,while using them for a nest.I found lots of fur and two full mice in one pellet.You have to be careful or the bones will break.I used a pair of plastic twesers and a pointed pice of wood. I used a Barn owl's pellet.It was fun and difficult.
