Roman Soldier Point Of View Hello to you, my name is Noah Shrasuas, I am a Roman foot soldier, my legionary is heading to the Celtic area to contain the recent uprising of the Celtic people. I only hope that the blood shed will be little to nothing but what can you expect from the Romans obviously not a clean containment order. I do feel bad for these people though they have an underdeveloped civilization, their houses are mere huts mud clumps with straw no drain system either, compared to our highly developed houses with drain systems and running fresh water they are primitive. I felt bad that these people were most likely going to get killed or enslaved. I had great sympathy for these poor people, their clothing was undyed and most likely uncomfortable their shoes were warm but wasted away soon with this terrain. Our shoes and nails on the bottom of them. On our raid of a Celtic village i saw what their blacksmiths were working in and with and it made our workshops and blacksmiths look like they were gods in the art. They didn't even have a bath house, and no underground heating or drain systems to flush away the daily waste, i felt sorry for them because they were just getting by, but compare us to them and we are living in sweet luxury they didn't even have a set up and well rounded government that had laws, they had a lot to learn but unfortunately if they ever decided to mess with the Romans some would be killed and most others would be captured and sold as slaves or flee. Well i must be going now, i need a good sleep for tomorrow and only hope these poor people can cooperate well.
