Ice Hockey Ice Hockey
There once was a kid named Mitchell Mayer in Owatonna, Minnesota that had always dreamed of being on the USA Olympic ice hockey team. He had been friends with two in particular people named Mitchell W. and Brad B. They were there for each other whenever they needed someone to help them out. Whether it was a move they couldn’t figure out or just a math problem, they were there for each other. They were with him the whole way and never let him down. Even though they had some ups and downs they would stick together.
When they were on the Owatonna Express they were probably the best 3 players on their team. They were at practice one night when 3 letters came and they were labeled out to Brad for a hockey scholarship at the U of M, another out to Mitchell M. for a U of M hockey scholarship, and the last for Mitchell W. for another U of M hockey scholarship. They all accepted and went to the U of M for a hockey scholarship. They were greeted by the coach and he said they would love to have them here. They were in the third period of a game against the Sioux and they were tied 2-2 with 1 minute to go and they pulled Brad and sent out Mitchell M. He went out there like a bull and never stopped and then all the fighting paid off when he got a pass from Mitchell W. and riffled a shot top right and scored a hat trick!
After the game he got undressed and was surprised to see the coach of the Minnesota Wild waiting for Brad, Mitchell W., and him. The coach said that this year for the drafting process they would pick 3 people and then the next coach would pick. It ended up that the coach for the Minnesota Wild had been chosen to pick first and he picked them. They went to play for them and had a blast playing the game they loved. They were on their third season with the wild when they were chosen to go to the Olympics for USA.
They went to the Olympics and they were so good that they beat every team they faced by at least 3 goals and now are going to play Russia in the championship! They were winning in the third period 6-0 when Russia pulled their goalie to see if they could only get one goal but when Brad got the puck he shot it over everyone and scored top shelf! That was the last goal of the game which made them win 7-0. They all got a medal and they presented the trophy to the team and they all decided the captain should have it which was Mitchell M. He got the trophy and was named the number 2 star of the game because he had 2 goals and 1 assist. The number 1 star of the game had 200 saves and 1 goal, was Brad. They all went back to the wild for 6 more seasons and then their contracts expired so they became free agents. The head coach of the Pittsburgh Penguins decided that he wanted them to play hockey for him so he ended up having them sign a three year contract. They retired after 3 seasons with the Pittsburgh Penguins. Even though they were done with hockey they were still friends.
