The excavation
Yesterday I went digging for dinosaur bones and found a pterodactyl. An archeologist gave me a mini excavation kit, there was a little block made of plaster, clay and dirt. I used five tools: a brush, a chisel, a toothpick, some glue and a needle. It said “dig it out” on the plaster, so I chiseled my way through until I found all the bones then washed them off. The next day, I tried to fit the bones together, I managed to fit all of them except for the wings. I tried to find a place for them in the bones but they didn’t fit. Finally, I tried the ribs and found a dent right where the spinal cord started. The wings fit perfectly. After a while, I glued the bones together. I had broken a bit of the mouth so I glued that to. I took a picture of the dinosaur on my balcony.
