A few weeks ago we attended Project Safeguard. You ask, what is project safeguard? It is a day full of classes most of them fun. The classes were about communications, goals setting, and attitude. We had options of what classes we had. There were classes for kids and adults and both (kids and adults). I learned how to set goals, communicate a little better and how to have a better attitude.
