This book, I think, pertains to Citizenship because the entire story is about gaining the right to stay in the city of sparks. It starts from the end of The City of Ember. It also might relate to self control [it depends on your point of view] because during the story the character tick shows little self control. It is a great book that will keep you wanting more!
